CSF Baltimore is
governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Matthew W. Wyskiel, Chairman of the Board of CSFB,
handles the day-to-day oversight of board affairs. Mr. Wyskiel formerly
a Vice President of Institutional Asset Management at Mercantile-Safe
Deposit and Trust now manages his own investment portfolio, investment
properties and family business. After graduating from Gilman School in
Baltimore, he earned his undergraduate degree from Williams College,
Massachusetts and an MBA from New York University. |

the widely respected CEO of Legg Mason, the global financial services
company., serves as Honorary Chairman, lending guidance and
financial support.

Howard Baetjer, Jr., PhD., an economics professor at Towson University,
and author of
a book and numerous articles on economics and software engineering,
serves as Chairman Emeritus.
