CSF Baltimore is
governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees spearheaded by Chip Mason,
the widely respected CEO of Legg Mason, the global financial services
company. Mr. Mason serves as honorary chairman, lending guidance and
financial support.

The day-to-day oversight of Board affairs
is handled by Matthew Walter Wyskiel, founder of Skill Capital
Management.
"Supporting CSF Baltimore is a great way to have an immediate and
direct positive impact on the lives of needy Baltimore City
families, who want a good education for their children. Independent
research, stories from parents and children, and our large waiting
list of scholarship applicants show that CSF Baltimore is being
successful in accomplishing its mission. The more money that CSF
Baltimore can raise, the more children CSF Baltimore can help this
year; thats what I care about."
Matt Wyskiel
Chairman of the Board

"CSF Baltimore addresses
Baltimore's schooling problems directly. We bypass politics
and bureaucracy. We say to parents, 'Send your children where
you think best. We'll help.'"
Howard Baetjer
Chairman Emeritus
