If you are eligible for a scholarship,
please put your name on our waiting list using the form below. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- Do you live in Baltimore City?
- Does your household income make you eligible? Check
that here.
- Is your child or children in grades K-5?
If you answer yes to all of the above you may qualify
for a CSF Baltimore scholarship. Please fill out the following information,
and we will add your
family to the waiting list. This is not an application. If we
have any openings we will choose names from the waiting list by lottery.
Only the names chosen will be contacted and invited to apply.
