After nine years at the helm of Children’s Scholarship Fund Baltimore, Executive Director Beth Harbinson is stepping down to pursue new ventures. We are excited to welcome CSFB’s new Executive Director Erica Jensen, a former educator and parent who has experienced the benefits of school choice and the challenges that come with securing it.
