Go Ice Skating at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor

Finally, an outdoor ice rink returns to the Inner Harbor! Baltimore hasn’t had a seasonal outdoor rink since 2002. “It took several years to work out the logistics and bring skating back downtown,” said Laurie Schwartz, president of the Waterfront Partnership. The new rink will operate on McKeldin Square at Pratt and Light street for the next five winters. Schwartz also noted, “We like to create affordable, fun activities for locals here at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.” The new ice rink is a great addition to the Inner Harbor that will enable tourism in Baltimore to extend through the winter months.
